Texas Tech Filipino Student Association is a student organization at Texas Tech University. Our Filipino Students Association (FSA) is also part of the Philippine Students of Texas (PST). We are involved in and take great pride in our many activities such as dance, sports and community service. You do not have to be Filipino to be a member or even Asian, but the majority are of Asian descent. We host many social gatherings or events over the year and hope to provide our members a way to connect with their family roots.

About Us

Texas Tech FSA was founded in 2000, this all came in fruition through the Goodphil games and the want and need for an FSA group in Texas Tech. Once the association began FSA did not have that many members but as time went on so did the membership of the Filipino Student Association. And, today FSA at Texas Tech has a litttle more than 170 members. Especially, in west Texas where there are not that many asians to begin with; that is an outstanding number. With all of this growth, there is not an end in sight of members.
